Hi

My name is Andy I have just joined - hello everyone. Here is my car history if interested:

Current cars:

M Reg cavalier saloon 1.8i 4 door (Daily car)
Opel Senator A 3.0i (summer car)
Ford Granada 2.8 ghia x C reg (project car)

Previous cars:

Cavalier 2.0L i 4 door G reg (Really miss the power!)
Rover 216 4 door
Ford Granada 2.8 gl X reg
Ford Cortina 2.0 Crusader X reg

I've got a few Qs about my cavy so look out for my new post see if you can help me!

Welcome to the forum mate. Granada, Senator and a Cav? Jesus that is some choice in cars. :thumb What's the insurance like on all of them?
Love Senators, would be a dream to own one.

Lol yeah it was a rust bucket but in all honesty the 1.6 S series rover engine is quite torquey and I remember getting a small wheelspin out of a change into 4th gear!!

Well seny is on limited mileage it's about £120 a year, granny is off the road and cavy is about £200 and something I think - not too bad all in.

Had my senny out yesterday and gave it an absolute thrashing - I am usually quite mechanically sensitive but there was an audi TT just asking for it. I got a wheelspin when the box changed from 1st to 2nd - quite impressive for an old slushbox! I was on a slight left turn up a hill so the outside wheel would have had less grip but still :)
