my mechanic suggested I use bike carbs on my redtop ive sent my flywheel off to meachined lighter to rev quicker but how would I go about using them n set up he suggested using Honda cbr carbs :scratch what you think ? any advice please cheers

Yamaha r1 carbs are what you want

From my travels around the forums - Yamaha R1 carbs seem to be the most popular.

Gaz would be your best man to ask about this, but it may be a while before he responds due to extensive work commitments.

Search through his posts or his wip.

I said r1 carbs because I have them on my cav and I have fitted cbr carbs to a micra I just found the r1 carbs better

bogg brothers inlet with 4 joiners

mk2 cavy dizzy set up

omex rev limiter

fuel pressure reg
My valver brings all the boys to the yard, dam right its cammed and carbed, dam right it pops and farts, I would show you but the fuker won't start!
