bike carbs

my mechanic suggested I use bike carbs on my redtop ive sent my flywheel off to meachined lighter to rev quicker but how would I go about using them n set up he suggested using Honda cbr carbs

what you think ? any advice please cheers

Yamaha r1 carbs are what you want

From my travels around the forums - Yamaha R1 carbs seem to be the most popular.

Gaz would be your best man to ask about this, but it may be a while before he responds due to extensive work commitments.

I said r1 carbs because I have them on my cav and I have fitted cbr carbs to a micra I just found the r1 carbs better
