I had 100% opted to go yellow just to be different and stand out

the photoshop i had done of my last cavalier done yellow looked really well ( i thought )

seen here

photoshopped yellow

But this new cavalier bodywise is really good

Now im definately going the turbo rep look, 5stud with turbo wheels, leather interior and i already have a gsi kit here

What would be the best colour to go?

Black, Same colour as is etc....?

serious opinions please

Satin Red, like you say it was on MIG!
or, leave it alone! looks awesome as is.

Save your money.... make it handle, stop and go better, cheaper than a paintjob. Cav is then perfect.

its a diesel lol
dont think stopping will be any problem as its hard enough to get upto speed

yea its satin red

its going turbo rep route

i had planned on yellow, but thinkin what it will look like yellow

maybe black, same colour just fresher, white or something else

its only costing me the price of paint, myself an my partners dad is doing the work

I've got a diesel, and when driven properly can get up to speed. I've added bilstein shocks and eibach springs so it handles well, Just need to sort the brakes. New discs and pads up front, and going to do a rear discs conversion.

Doesnt SRI cavalier breaks fit straight on? I think my last cavalier 17td it had a sri brakes all round, but wasnt fast, not at all, but 110 or so was the max without raising the temp hand

Cavalier sri brakes fit, for the rears you can put the hub/backing plate assembly and calipers on to the TD (their are guides on this) although you may also want to put the front calipers and disks on aswell as their 256mm instead of the TD's standard 236?mm set up, although your going for 5 stud so the same applies to suitable 5 stud set ups, with 5stud the disks will be bigger cav ones are 288mm :thumb

Surely the answer to this question is to paint it whatever colour you prefer. Who cares what anyone else thinks?! Go with your gut instinct!
