Rattling

Post by Freakmandu »

I've had a load of what looks like baffle material from (I thought) my back box recently and was going to replace this since it was also an advisory in my recent MoT test with apparently a small hole, but now I'm getting a nasty tinny rattle from the region around my cat. Not sure if the two problems are related or not, thought I'd ask you guys.

Probably not related, baffles are usually from the rear box, rattling front will be the front bit?

Rattle near the cat...

Loose heat shield or mis-routed hand-brake cable?

Looking at it carefully earlier - probably loose heat shield.
