Interesting, what does the timing belt insert do? Kind of like a guard against foreign object damage or something?

the belt insert is for show really as im not running a belt cover or backing plate on my engine

hence no lip on rocker to :)

exellent work pie, are you fitting verniers as well, should look really smart with the crackle paint and the mods, something differant to stand out from the crowd. Ads

I couldn't bring my self to cut any of my other plug covers lol lol so cut a spare metal one lol

this build was put on hold for a long while (but its got back on track now)

did have a polished timming belt cover with holes cut out (now forsale) along with polished rocker cover and oil cap :) as not using them due to new rocker cover :thumb

manage to get it as I spent so much with them haha :)

opel one I bought cheaply for scrappy off calibra :)

not much been potching about today

rattle canned in silver and started sanding it to see high n low spots

couple more layers of high build primer then it'll be ready for the crackle paint :)

duno weather to go red or black crackle affect?
