no realy got any pics of the moteor but will put some up soon
a decided i wanted speakers in the back door, so made up acouple of speaker pods for the doors and wired them up to the back speakers till i get ma amp in, then both seta of speakers will run off the amp and just the fronts off the head unit,
heres some pics incase anybody wants tp try buildin some then selves, ther no the best but there no bad lol

v managed to get a GSI front skirt,over the weekend, that was needin abit of work
so set about that on sunday,
managed to get the vents off it and it all buffed down ready for the vent to be refitted then it aw painted

thev vents had loads of filler on then but abit of elbowgrease an they ready for fittin!

yeah i know, the kids are abit pvd at that but told them a wana fit electric windows in the back

shoodv put this in the 1st post but heres a wee list af wat a wana do

electric rear windows
vectra door handles
SRI side skirts
GSI front bumper/skirt (which i now have)
omega bonnet struts
boot build for subs an amp
tint back windows
vectra armrest(like turbodans)
rear spoiler
thinking about geting it lowerd but havny made up ma mind yet

hopfully itll not cost a fortune, since most of it is just suttle things

oh if anybody has, maybe kickin around, a towing eye cover for a gsi bumper, how much you want for it?
the skirt didnt come with it

personally i dont like them but i can see you put a lot of effort in.

speakers in the shelf work just as well

hey bud, yeah a wee bit of efort went into them, a used to do them for ma pals but that was years ago,

but got speakers on the shelf aswell,

the shelf is from a gls an has got the headrest with them
an didnt want to cut into the metal so built pod for them aswell lol

well she went for her mot the day, and failed!!!

but not to bad, n/s cv boot has a slite burst in it and the n/s anti roll bar linkage has excesive play in it
so ma mate is gona fix it on monday, an gona chance ma luck an try get it retested on monday he he

it needed a wee bit of weldin on the rear cross member but got that done yesterday an covered it in underseal, which the tester told me he duzny r he was realy like but he still had a laff wi me about it

but not much work needed so she didny do to bad!!!!

well it went back thro its retest yesterday an she passed

so just need to get the skirt painted an fitted an carry on fae there lol

well iv finaly got the gsi skirt finished yeha,
but since its painted its showed up bits that havny been rubed down properly
so hav to wait acouple of weeks till i can get more paint, then ill get it back off, rubed down and repainted
but need to get a laguna splitter to finish it of coz ma old yin duzny fit anymore lol

ill put pics up of it later

an picked up a set of sideskirts that are the same colour os the car, quality
but the need end caps as they are missing

so if anybody got a set of end caps for sri sideskirts let me know hwo much your wantin for them, duzny matter wot colour they are ill take them off your hand

cannot believe how long its been since i updated this,

a few things have happened since that last pic

its been painted purple, for PVS 2011
GSI kit fitted with rear bumper modded to fit
lowered
GSI door cards, and got rid of they rear speaker pods,
new rear exhaust
vectra steering wheel

the rear seats are in the loft

carpet up to check the floor pan for bit that might need welding,buts its the inner wheel arches that needs it

its been of the road since feb due to getting a corsa c as its cheaper on fuel up and down to work and cheaper fro the wife to drive once she passes her test
but got plans for the cavy,
new rear drums,
front wishbones
front discs and pads
track rod ends
and a few other things
and
new paint
but dont know whither to keep GSI front bumper as ive got full SRI kit for it

Looked good when it was on the road a lot can change in 2 1/2 years, are you staying with the same colour ?

cheers bud, iv had a few folk say they love the colour

it was only taken off the road in feb this year

dont know what to do about the colour, thinking a nice blue or green as it was green to begin with hehe

well acouple of things done on the cavy the day

got the front wings off to see if any welding needs done in the arches, and need some done in drivers wheel arch and underneath at the jacking point

got both front struts off to get the wheel bearings done and going to replace the hubs aswell as 1 was damaged last time due to using a chisel to get the it off, so just going to replace both, and get the strut top bearings changed aswell

still need to think about getting new rear drums,
