Ok chaps, less than 2 weeks to go now.

I hope to be there around 10am on the Sunday if all goes to plan.

What are everyone else's plans for the weekend?

I am hoping to do the Sunday too.
Will be in the wife's Vectra-c as the Cav is being repaired.

The last time I threatened to go, the whole weekend was flooded out.
So hopefully I won't be the bringer of bad weather this year.

Be nice to meet some of the midland's and southern members.

Same plan as always, turn up, park with Migweb, trundle around with camera kit :)

Sunday seems to be the most popular day.

We should all try and meet up at some point.

We have 2 weeks to decide where and at what approximate time.

Be good to put faces to some of the names.

Is there a proposed site map, showing where all the clubs are located.
Then we can say something like "meet up at 13:30 at the VODC stand or the third burger wagon on the right in field J"

Just made all that up, so don't go looking for a burger van in field j - :scratch

Not if it will be as many members as possible.

It is notoriously hard to arrange anything where more than a few people are involved.

Most clubs are in the same spot each year. Autobahnstormers stand is difficult to miss - the biggest one on site and full of Lotus Carltons! We could meet there.
