Post by humbucker »

So much want

"Aluminum Variant of the GM C20XE Cast Iron Block with a weight saving of 19KG.

Completly interchangable with standard original components.

Liners are not bored and are left ready to machine to selected size.

All Blocks are +10mm from standard height, designed for long stroke crankshafts"

Cast iron sounds a lot stronger to me. Also, what about bolting steel to alloy, i.e like on thermostat housings, the bolts always get ruined for some reason.

Am I a light sleeper or a heavy sleeper? Well that depends on how much I've had to drink...

sure they were about 4.5k when they first started. seems great value! I picked one up at the racing car show years back. Think u can get to 2.5L ish easy enough. Also think they have RWD ford stud pattern in the gearbox end too.

great for the smash into trees at the weekend brigade.
