Engine management light

Hi all me again.....
Took car (Bert) for mot today good thing is he passed yeay, but when they revved it right up engine management light was on. Once switched off it disappeared but on my way hom it came on again for around 10 seconds have you any idea what this could be thanks

Try doing a paperclip test. That should tell you what fault was detected.
