Odd plug found behind headlamp

Anyone know what this white plug might be for please? (this by the battery)

Headlight washers pump i think

pretty sure that is the 2 way that goes on the diverter valve for when headlamp wash is fitted. my dippy had it, slotted on the side of the washer bottle, different type one, iirc than yours. energises when the lights are on so the squirt goes down to the headlights when u wash the windscreen.

I imagine a light bulb across the 2 pins and turn the headlights on, it should light the bulb.
