On the whole tax discs were a pain but they became a staple of 'on screen' dressing. For this year's show season I decided to make up my own with various personal touches whilst keeping it as close to an original as possible. I'm willing to create custom ones for CavMk3OC members for a mere £1.50 (inc P&P). This will be printed out onto stock paper with no perforations.

All the labelled areas can have alterations.

Obviously this is not a legal object and cannot be used as one. The paper tax disc became obsolete 01/10/14.

I really like that. Nice touch. May have to get one if/when I get mine back on the road.

Just out of interest... by stock paper, do you mean standard A4?

As the last bit of A4 style normal paper that was against my windscreen kind of glued itself and smudged due to the condensation...

Is a really cool Idea though...

How about making it a Sticky Thread next to the Order Club Stickers one? So it doesn't get buried in Lounge threads..

At the moment it would use 120gsm paper but may consider a heavier weight, I'm still experimenting. I'm currently using bog standard 90gsm and it seems to be holding up okay. If I get any interest I will try different options out.

I am currently laser printing onto 160gsm paper, which is about double the thickness proper tax discs were!
Printing next week so any orders by end of the week please!
