Ford Mondeo.. ran like a bag of nails, and probably the most uncomfortable car I've ever sat in. Never took any pictures of it, hated it, didn't want to be reminded that I'd ever owned one.

Worst car ive had, just kept on breaking. Radiator went, alternator went, then each brake caliper seized up one by one. Looked awesome but reliability was so bad.

It wasnt a turbo no. Just a crappy 2 litre.

I imagine a turbo one is pretty good.

I've been lucky - the few cars that I've had in the 18 years I've been driving have all served me very well. I think that means that the worst is yet to come!

My mini was probably the most unreliable shed I ever owned, but I did abuse it so I guess it's not fair to blame the car.

Had a check of my car history to remind myself of what I have had, (did make a list a while back) out of the 19 cars I cannot single out 1 that was crapper than any other. I haven't bought anything that was shit, in my eyes anyway!

Actually, thinking back, the escort cabriolet I bought the wife was probably the biggest piece of crap. I bought it on impulse as she fell in love with it and it was in the days when I would do things just to keep her happy, lol. It filled with water when it rained, waste of time trying to fix leaks because there was so many so I drilled holes in the floor.

Roof was next to useless, I bought a new one which I never fitted, it's still in my garage thinking about it.

I used to take the rubber bungs out of the floor in my old 1969 mini for the same reason. Not sure where the water used to come from, there were no leaks anywhere as far as I could tell - I could only assume that it came in through the windows which were the ones which slid from side to side rather than up and down. Whatever the cause, if the bungs were left in I'd have a puddle a couple of inches deep in the footwells if it rained. Whenever I took it to a garage they'd replace the bungs which I promptly removed immediately after picking it up from the garage.

I can't speak for myself as technically my LS is the only car I've ever owned.

The worst family car we've ever had was a Rover 214 with the 16v Rover K-series engine. It had a hot spot somewhere and one of the valves had went 3 times while we had it, the third time it went we gave up and sent it to the scrap yard.
Once the driveshaft broke clean through going up a hill near Hastings once as well.

Next to the 214 it would probably be the Diplomat. It was really in a bad state when we bought it; cracked windscreen, headlining falling off, filthy interior, broken gearstick (it was fun driving it home with half a gearstick), scruffy alloys, badly chipped paint, Air con not working.

Slowly we've struggled with it and now it's been transformed into a comfortable and reliable daily run-around.
