Idea's for a photo shoot

Post by iangsi »

I was thinking is there any way we can get nicksri's police car & btcctroy touring car rep together for a shot to promote the club or even a feature in TV & as many other cav's as possible ?

At this time of year you are fighting the weather and early nights. Best time is during the 'summer'. Start scouting for good locations!

As you are a 155 miles apart it will have to some where in the middle not my neck of the woods, so location wise I haven't got a clue or it could wait until Billing next year.

Am I a light sleeper or a heavy sleeper? Well that depends on how much I've had to drink...

Maybe we should arrange a 'national meet' next summer? That way we stand a chance of getting as many Cavs as possible together.

I think if the interest keeps growing it's something for the future, attendance at meets has been steadily improving but I think there's a way to go before there will be enough people that would attend to make it really worthwhile.

Ye, again distance is a big issue, only because of the government's burden with the tax on fuel....

Timing is a factor too, but if things are ok, I'd always be up for cruising a couple hundred miles for a big meet.

I second that would be fantastic to see loads of cavs together i mean what a photo that would be if you could get high enough to fit them all in :D

I quite like this idea, if we pick a weekend mid-year and a midway location we can all meet at and have a big old Cav meet!

Very true dazz, it's always nice when you drive a fair distance to get there. More road to enjoy and a wider variety of fellow members to meet.

Tamed camera man, you know what to do ;)

Makes it more worthwhile and you remember it better. Just dont do it at motorway services, they are extremely boring!!!

I know a fella who owns an old world two airfield .. All Tarmac, main runway still in place.. In the Midlands.. Could be a good place to all meet?

We could have races round it too lol....

That's one idea....
