can Anyone with TIS help with some pinouts please?

I do have tis 2008 and ive used it many times on my previous car but for some reason i cant find how to list what pin does what on the connectors as in 1 2 3 etc.

Anyway if someone could help maybe robsey as i know he has it.

Im after pinouts from the Z20LET (2003 astra g) ECU bodyside plug (connector x125)

and z12xe (2004 corsa c) bodyside ecu plug (connector x53)

I knew i wasnt dreaming the pin assignment screen up on TIS, im using the same version as i did all my retrofits on the astra vxr and i cant see the pin assignment like below any suggestions? ive tried reinstalling it to no avail..

I shall take a look in a couple of hours.
I have often made up my own excel tables in the past by looking at each pin individually on the schematics.

So 2003 Astra-G.
Connector X125 - z20let ecu body loom connector

And

2004 Corsa-c.
Connector X53 - z12xe ecu body loom connector.


This could take a little while - how long have I got?

For information -
Astra G Z20LET has two connectors.
X125 & x126

Corsa C Z12XE has only one connector.
X53 as stated.

I have made 8 screen dumps of the Astra schematics,
And 7 for the Corsa schematics.

I think this will take two or three evenings to put into a table format.

UPDATE: - So far got about 3/4 of the X125 pin out sorted...
damn - TIS abbreviations are a pain in the butt (CLS, SLS, B8, B19, B46 etc - lol)

Both ecu's have 2 connectors because they are both the same ecu! It's just the pins are in different places hence me asking.

X125 and x53 are the ones I need to compare. They should be the body side connectors not engine side.

Okay here you go.
There are many similarities, but there are also many differencies.

The pin numbers in yellow boxes denote that there is a difference between the Z20LET and the Z12XE.

when you say the ones marked yellow are different do you mean different colours wires or goes to something different or either of above

All of the above plus more besides.

Differences could be:-

One or two are differences in wire colours (or stripe colour)

Quite a few are where wires are in one set-up, but not the other.
Such as display wires on the Astra, which are not used on the Corsa
Also things like EHPS on the Astra uses a totally different pin position to the Corsa equivalent EPS (power steering)

And one or two items use the same pin numbers for different functions.

As you may have noticed the plugs are configured in 4 rows of 16 pins - hence why I have done the tables above in blocks of 16.

Easiest thing to do is print off the tables, and then you can compare them side by side
- that is Z12XE 1 to 32, next to Z20LET 1 to 32... etc.

Yes thats what ive done as you say alot of the instrument/display stuff wont be needed on the corsa also most of the aircon stuff isnt needed as it doesnt have it.

Can i just ask not that im finding fault with what you've done for me but pin 9 on z20let you have common earth for various sensors but i think this is the engine loom side of the ecu (x126) just checked tis myself and it looks like that but i may be wrong

Do be careful on the LET schematics.

On one page - x125 is on the top half of the"ecu" diagram.
and x126 is on the bottom half.

On the second page, x125 is biased to the left side and x126 to the right..

Yes I will check the pin outs again. I never take it for granted that I am wrong or right.

You are totally correct - Pin 9 was wrong.

Pin 9 should be -
Black / Yellow 0.5mm - Clutch Switch... part of the cruise control circuit.
Oh eck!! - Time to recheck every single line that does not match X53.

UPDATE: - I have finished rechecking ALL the X125 pins, not just those different to X53.
It appears that there was only that one error.
