Re: cavalier conversion
For all that work welding in a whole floor pan i would either go RWD off a sierra or something like that or 4wd from an impreza or again something similar. It would be a massive waste of time to weld in an IRS Floor from a cav. Blimey!! - seems a very extreme project... Not something to be taken li...

Looking good, lots of money being spent there!
So is this engine getting a tune up aswell other than the lighter flywheel? Twin turbo setup maybe?

Re: cavalier conversion
Hi, A cavalier gls 2.6i doesnt exist, i assume you mean either a 2litre or a 2.5 v6. Either way none of them have Independant rear suspension (IRS). Only the turbo, gsi and GSi 4x4 had IRS all which use a completely differant floor pan than a standard rear beam cav which is what you will have. You c...

Re: 3.0 Supercav!
I think some proper oil cooler pipework needs to be made up to be on the safe side. Take your pipes to "Pirtek" and they will make you some identical hoses bit with proper preasure clamps on etc..

Re: Cd radio
Yes it will work but you need to use a display with it that the cav doesnt have. But so long as you can figure out how to put the code in without the display then it will work fine

I dont think the Vectra A had any side repeaters at all. Looks like someones fitted them there.
