Did you mean 72L rather than L72? Nice work, easier to strip em out to do the work and wish I had the time and space to do mine that way... As for front fogs you need the switch for the dash, a fuse in plug 13 I think from memory and the relay, mine just has a wire across the ports instead of a relay but works fine...Just hope wiri...

Ah I had to cause we all know how much these rot. So better to pull it all apart

yea cleanest cavalier i've came across

other 3 were rough, needed welded alot an in some bad area's were the car just wasnt worth it, but this is alot more sturdier than the rest

Can i fit a bigger turbo?

As i now have my 1.7td izuzu engine out for a replacement

when i lift my new engine, could i fit a new turbo? something bigger? i know it wont be really fast but thought could maybe fit something other than standard 1.7 turbo

If you have electric windows then you should have the wiring for the mirrors as its the same loom. Most have got the fog light looms and the heated seat wiring. unless you have a powerful cavalier i dont see a reason why to buy brand new part worn tyres are £10-£20 for a really good branded 15-16" tyre, and you you get Michelin with maybe 1-2mm used, basically a brand new tyre for £20 then if you know anyone that works in a tyre depot, he will fit for ...

thermostat and water pump will be changed and we'll run the car again with cap on or cap off?

if the problem persists, we'll remove the head, get it skimmed an refit with new gasket

Massive airlock? Possibly in the heater matrix, if you turn the heater on and it dumps all the hot air out and goes cold, it sounds like there's air in the matrix. what way can that be unblocked? car is still pressurizing though? took the car to my welder yesterday to get ready for mot about 7 mile...
