actually Dan they should be some in there as I fitted them not long back, proberbly become dislodged and fell under the headlights, ill have a look when I next have time, as I have another front grill to fit with the original badge on. Ads

well I fitted the 11.6 psi spring into the actuator, and put some pre load on the actuator arm, and t00k it out for a test drive, it seemed to be the fastest its been for a long time, holding about 12psi and over boosting to about 15 - 16 psi, and the fuelling was ok on my wide band,, I'm over the m...

I acquired a Vectra GSI steering wheel for a very reasonable price, I know I had one on the cav before and took it off and sold it, but I have always like them and regretted getting rid of the other one, anyway fitted the steering wheel today, and I think it looks well, some pics http://i288.photobu...

got the exhaust side of the turbo couple through to the centre pipe, its just placed together for the time being and wants welding up properly later, got the rest of the ancillaries back together that I had to take off, primed the turbo and started the car, made sure oil was flowing through the turb...

id be very careful with parts coming of the water pump, the outer ring came off one of my water pumps and fell down into the crankshaft sprocket, jamming the timing belt, resulting in 8 bent exhaust valves, ouch, Ads

I have a let in my cav turbo, it has standard internals, (piston , rods etc), but I have larger intercooler, adjustable FPR, uprated fuel pump, vxr injectors, larger oil cooler, evo 5 chips in the ecu, a wideband gauge, and I'm in the process of fitting a scroll manifold and a g28 turbo, so as you s...

probably take it up tp around 300bhp and 350 lbs of torque, with about 12psi of boost, plus you would need uprated plugs , possibly adjustable FPR, and maybe a wideband to make sure its all running ok,, a standard let in decent condition should take 300 bhp ok
