Re: Any plumbers here?

Yes it's the push button one.

I've figured that mine should unscrew however it seems to be stuck so I've found a replacement button and will break this one off then replace it

Thanks for the input

It may work but may not be accurate due to the dash needs so many pulses for the speedo

Re: Security

black jax isnt thatcham approved and insurance companies dont approve it for this reason, reason why its not thatcham approved is its an anti hijack system that cuts out the engine of your car (gradually i might add) by monitoring speed/revs of the car when its safe to do so, this will happen if the...

Re: z18xe in cavalier?

Isn't the z18xe fly by wire? If so that and the immobiliser is the biggest headache but is doable. Turbo dan did one in the nova. I think I'm right in saying that it's a small block engine so doubt the c20ne mounts would fit

Re: best way to take a engine out

Where's turbodan... He's removed c20let and f28 numerous times. I know the engine can be remove through the top without being attached to gearbox but doubt you could squeeze let/f28/txb through the top could be wrong though

I've always found the corsas have quite a heavy throttle pedal.

A good machine Polish will bring that up no problem
