hi Pal,

definately seems like faulty cables to me.

just another thought, are all the fuel injectors firing as i have known them to give up on cars that have been stood

Definately a blow lamp! mapp gas really

Be aware that removing it may strip the insert of its threads

1st of all check the plug on the lambda sensor as the fault indicates no continuity. the lambda sensor doesn't do anything while the engine is cold or on full throttle the coolant temperature can also cause awful running problems with no code thrown up the camshaft sensor will cause all kinds of pro...

The floor panels are indeed klokerholm, I'm just hoping that they are made of better metal than the nearside inner arch. It was a nightmare to weld due to crappy steel. That's the problem with older vehicles, you have to make use of what you can find rather than just popping down the Vauxhall deale...

cavaliers sail through the mot until they get hit with the dreaded rot! Or emissions due to worn injectors (C18NZ), leaky exhaust manifold (any family 2 8 valve) or a tatered catalytic converter. I'm sure there is more going on than meets the eyes with yours though. i have never had a cavalier fail...
