I know it's not the point and it would annoy the hell out of me to find shoddy work because it can be covered up, but if...

This thread is too close to being a sale thread, and has been locked. King; you are "advertising" your car in the wrong area of the forum and you do not have enough posts to use the sale forums without having your post removed from all but the ebay section. Please don't attempt to circumve...

Re: Anyone that'll fit a clutch?
I would suspect no... but if you remove it, it will be easier. I'd also suggest buying some threaded bar of the correct M size about 2-3 lengths of 30cm, it will make an excellent guide to aid repositioning and refitting the gearbox

I've written a little list of the parts I want too.
Lots of rear bushes... well 4 so far but it may get bigger.

Indeed... a bit of wounded pride is about the worse of it.
Feeling better now though, my cover arrived today and went on tonight;
It's not a great pic but you can get the idea.

The NHS do a hard job to the best of their underfunded and understaffed ability... but that said, I was waiting to see a doctor for several hours after just being stabilised following a heart attack at 23, and had to wait 18months for the heart op, which was shortened to 6 months after I had a secon...

Too true matey... I certainly will never leave something incomplete in that manner again. To bloody expensive for one... and the breakdown cover card is now in the cav, not my wallet.
