I just took the black plastic ends off and slid them in. Took just as long as taking the bumper off in the end lol

My 2.0 8v, Runs upto 92c and stays there most of the time.. The other 2.0 8v i used to have always ran really hot, In summer the fan was on and off all the time. Had it for 3 years never overheated once. Personally i would renew the coolant, thermostat and temp sensor. Should cost no more than £25 q...

So is a 'TAXI' mot stricter on emissions, Than a normal mot ? Thats maybe why it keeps failing then..

That manifold looks the dogs, My brother wants a similar setup on his Astra VXR, They are making really good power using a copy garrett turbo which only costs around £200 and they seem to be lasting really well.

Throttle bodies ecu exhaust cams. Be very nice power then..

I am buying an OMEX 600 ecu with wiring for my SRi 20SEH when my Throttle bodies turn up from Germany. Should make nice power then for a 2.0 8v

Spark plug holes could be full of oil if its a 16v cavalier.

Eibach 30mm springs. About £220 a set or you could buy a cheap set of 40mm springs from ebay for under £100 the ride will suffer abit with 40mm ebay ones.
