I was looking at buying wilwoods for my SRi, Would mean having to buy some 16'' alloys thou that suit early Cav SRi's.. I like my WHEEL TRIMS :lol:

All can got from Germany genuine vauxhall cavalier accessories, Anyone know anything about these or ever seen a cavalier with them fitted?

As humbucker has said, Its going to cost alot of money to tune up the 20SEH beyond what you have already done. If that's what you really want to do, Go for it i say. My 2.0 8v, Runs upto 92c and stays there most of the time.. The other 2.0 8v i used to have always ran really hot, In summer the fan was on and off all the time. Had it for 3 years never overheated once. Personally i would renew the coolant, thermostat and temp sensor. Should cost no more than £25 q...

That manifold looks the dogs, My brother wants a similar setup on his Astra VXR, They are making really good power using a copy garrett turbo which only costs around £200 and they seem to be lasting really well.

Throttle bodies ecu exhaust cams. Be very nice power then..

I am buying an OMEX 600 ecu with wiring for my SRi 20SEH when my Throttle bodies turn up from Germany. Should make nice power then for a 2.0 8v

Eibach 30mm springs. About £220 a set or you could buy a cheap set of 40mm springs from ebay for under £100 the ride will suffer abit with 40mm ebay ones.
