Re: my new gsi 4x4 £400 bargin
you were prepared to do both inner and outer sills both inner and outer arches and whatever else you could see before discovering the floor needed attention so why give up on it now? you were going to do a course on welding and said there was no rush. Im no expert on welding but im sure the floor ca...

Re: 20xe oem plug cover
I was wondering why it was 'broken' in the pic above obviously now I know. Looks cool and haven't seen it done before
edit the plug cover that is, am i right in thinking you wont run a timing belt cover and the insert just goes in the middle of the belt setup?

Beware of the m32 gearboxes on the astra quite common for the bearings to fail and require a repair of around £350-400 however some times they are beyond repair as was the case with mine. DMf can be troublesome too. Symptoms are knocking on idle with clutch released, movement of gearstick whilst acc...

Re: Headlght warning buzzer
From memory, they have holes in the top of the casing, so should be easy to identify. Well, just to update. Buzzer relay was fine. Problems is that the connection to the door switch has broken somewhere on it's somewhat circuitous route via the passenger side?. Fixed by splicing in a wire to the do...
