i have the filters i made on it as for jetting as the engine is a 2.0l 8v ive jetted it the same as a 16v to 1.8mm just need my new ecu to turn up and just got a new vernier today so hoping for good things on the rollers but we will see

why not do what i did my manifold cost me £50 in total manifold from ebay then made it fit cut off the flange and had a new own made weld together done

well not happy car was doing well mapping was up to 159bhp before ecu went up the shitter so now waiting for new ecu the guy at the rolling road is hoping for a bit more so lets see how much more im hoping about 170 to 175

well the cav is off to the rollers on monday so we will see what happens i have a foam filter as well so will be getting runs with foam and with my pound filter so we will see what different readings i get.

yes its a full weld in cage did not want bolt in

its not as hard as it looks just look at what you have got and think do i need it if not get shot of it like i did the good thing about mine is i can still use it on the road as well

well my cav started as a base model 1.8L coming in at just over 1.1ton so once all the inside was taken out i then started on the doors all that is left of them is the outer skin 90% of the looms have gone and if the car don't need it then it went still got weight to come out like bonnet, rear windo...

as the cav is now race ready the cage is made of cds steel to msa regs as for weight the car is 980kg with me in it but still have more weight to take out.

missed out on a track day at brands msv could have given us open pit lane for 100 each but was this weekend so trying to sort out different day need to no what weekend are good for people . thay want to see how well we get on as a club then we should get a cav trophy series

i use maxxis MA-Z1 Victra Drifting or dunlop DZ03G on my cav

im using astra discs on my cav that way i can keep 4 stud and i can get of the shelf discs

if your using cav calipers what discs you using as im using discs of a astra with my v6 calipers ???
