Re: Who's ripped their tax discs off then?

Re: Pete's Astra Convertible Turbo

Nice buy Pete, been considering a Astra Coupe for ages but they all seem to be 2.2 which people tell me to avoid... Unsure on the ragtop but looks clean mate MK4 2.2 - possible dodgy cam chains and massively cracked heads squirting coolant in my mates face put me off and the lack of a turbo didn't ...

Re: Rear speaker removal

didn't remove anything apart from the grilles when I swapped mine and removed them again friday just gone. you can get to the 2 easy screws iirc, then lift the shelf up a tad and get the screwdriver on the other screws at a bit of an angle, or use a driver bit and a small spanner to initially turn t...

Re: Gsi/Sri bumper strip swap

the sri/dippy cdx style red or silver trim strips with the separate moulded ends don't fit on the gsi/turbo bumpers, tried that on mine. they have a black edge to them that kinda tucks over the bumper cover and there's no room for them on the turbo type, the plastic is like too thick. on mine i boug...

I have a perversion for clocks and watches. love em, lots of em.
