Re: Headlight manual adjuster to electric
Yes that would be the hard and correct way to do so, alas I have done it without stripping just removed manual winder and put the electric one inside.

Re: Headlight manual adjuster to electric
It is doable as I have done it myself but be careful with popping the manual adjuster knob from its place because it is easy to break. For the info I have been doing this on facelift headlights but I recon they are the same except the glass.

Re: Air condition
I'm interested only in air con lines under the bonnet so basically lines connecting evaporator, condenser, dryer and compressor (image below). https://i.postimg.cc/67SnT0sr/Screenshot-189-Copy.png As far as I am aware there are 3 types of air con systems on Cavalier/Vectra: up to MY 92 is first type...

Air condition
Does anyone know if there is any difference between air condition lines from Vauxhall Cavalier Mk 3 and Opel Vectra A (one being RHD and other LHD)? I'm interested only in lines, I know there is slight difference in the interior regarding evaporator.

Re: 1989 Opel Vectra GT
There is a person on german ebay who makes small rubber parts from polyurethane for older opel/vauxhall cars such as those rubbers you were searching. I ordered a pair from him they are well made and seem more durable than rubber and not really expensive. https://www.ebay.de/itm/373045081164?hash=it...

Re: Left-hand drive ''Cavalier''
The engine will be C20NE, I found cheap donor car with A/C (the summers are really hot out here so driving a car on a hot day without A/C is nearing mission impossible). I won't be doing the transplant as unfortunately I don't have a garage nor the space to do it but I'll make sure it's done as it s...

Roof carrier system
Has anyone had roof carrier system on their cav (front and back bars) I orderd some NOS ones but I don't really get how I'm supposed to install them. Not sure if there are supposed to be some screws mounted inside the 4 holes on the car ?
