Hi my friend has been offered a 3 litre v6 turbo diesel omega but when you accelerate hard it goes into limp mode does anyone know what it could be i know its not cav but some of you guys might know about omegas thanks for any help

Still got the grill keep looking at it and thinking should i,And the wheels for now are in the shed as it rides much better in the steel wheels just cant make my mind up whether i should put them on it or not

I took a bit of a chance taking it there i think ha is more of a mechanic than bodywork guy so gunna save a few more £££'s and take it somewhere properly to get it done atleast the car is solid now and not rusty

I had both arches done (which i supplied) to new sills a bit of welding in the boot and some at the back of passenger wheel arch and then bonnet and rear quarters resprayed and it cost just short of £400 but he said it was going to be £80 per side for just the rear arches

Well its been a while but i had really fallen out with the cav just lately.Not that its done anything wrong i had the rear arches done and had 2 new sills at the same time.But i think he made a balls of the paintingand filling of the arches the guy didn't even put the sideskirts back on properly

In one of my old cavs i needed the fog light wiring so i found one in scrappy and stripped all wires from that.Don't know if thats any good but it also helped when i put them in as i new where they were supposed to go

Well managed to flush the matrix out today I now have a really hot heater blowing lovely hot air,But still blowing cooler on the passenger side but hot on the drivers side.With a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water so i should be well protected thanks for all the advice guys
